UCD Webmail Access Login – University of Colorado Denver

UCD Webmail – University of Colorado (UCD) now starts to use Outlook Web Application to ease its students, faculty and staff in accessing their email and calendars. There are some reasons why UCD utilizes Outlook Web App. By using Outlook App, users can send and receive email, create appointments and reminders, add Lync Meeting information to a meeting invitation, set up Outlook or other email programs to access their Office 365, calendar, and contacts, and they also can import email and contacts from their old email accounts.

As Office 365 includes Outlook Web App, users can get to their email whenever they are online whether using desktop computer, mobile device or tablet.

In order to utilize Outlook Web App, you need to sign in to Office 365. In the sign in page, click Outlook, Calendar, or People. Since users nowadays are really active with their business, including students of UCD, mobile device is something that they must bring everywhere they go. If it is the case, they have to setup Office 365 on their mobile device so although they are away from campus or from desk computer, they still can access email and calendars via mobile. To set the Office 365 mobile, select the device you want to set up first: Android, iPhone or iPad, Windows Phone, or other devices.

Here are steps to set up email using the Outlook for Android app. Before setting up the app, you need to have Android 4.0 or later version. If you have Outlook for Android installed on your device, you can directly open the app, tap the navigation control at the bottom of your device, or tap More, Settings, and Add Account. On the Add An Account page, select the type of mail account you can to add. If you do not have Outlook for Android on your device, download it from the Google Play Store.
